Jairo Arcila

Jairo is a third-generation coffee producer in the Arcila family and has grown up with coffee.
On a farm he newly purchased, he produces various varieties and processes coffees with his grown sons, who are experts in specialty coffees.

  • Terroir

    Geisha produced on this farm benefits from Colombia’s unique terroir, which has fertile volcanic soil, moderate sunlight, and temperature difference.

  • Process

    After 40 hours of anaerobic fermentation, the coffee cherries are slowly sundried until the ideal moisture content is achieved.

  • Taste

    Please enjoy a bright acidity reminiscent of Cranberry and a texture like Dark Chocolate.
