Our mission is to “deliver the best cup from the farm to our customers.”

From bean production at farms to serving coffee at the cafe, we operate every single process of coffee business under a consistent system and process to control the quality.

    Geisha’s unique taste and floral aroma are brought out to the maximum by complete hot air roasting.

    Our roasters identify each Geisha’s unique characteristics that differ depending on the terroir and processing based on various data and the experience and evaluate the beans’ daily condition to roast them optimally.

    FURUMAI

    The world-first “fully automated specialty coffee machine” is planned and developed by our group company.

    It allows you to easily extract specialty coffee for each bean’s characteristic, which requires trained technique. We bring out the full potential of Geisha to realize the unique cup quality by FURUMAI.

    Hibiya shop is designed under the concept of “Paradise of Coffee,” and each floor represents how the coffee is made from farm to cup.

    We have carefully selected Geisha worldwide, and our patissier makes sweets and foods every day at the shop, which brings out the delicious taste of the Geisha.
