GESHARY COFFEE

GESHA VILLAGE

Gesha Village in southwestern Ethiopia, which is the origin of the name “Geisha.” They pioneered an untouched primeval forest adjacent to the Gori Gesha Forest, Geisha’s birthplace, and created a coffee plantation that produces the highest quality Geisha.

  • Terroir

The farm is located in high altitude with a warm climate and heavy rainfall. They search for the appropriate environment for producing excellent quality Geisha in the primeval forest and aiming for a lasting symbiosis between coffee production and the forest.

  • Process

The appropriate processing method is selected for each growth environment. Only ripe cherry are carefully selected and slowly dried under the sun on a well-ventilated African bed to bring out the sweetness of Ethiopian red fruits and the aroma of mother nature.

  • Taste

Private Auction Champions Reserve Category Winning Lot Narsha RSV.3a has a refreshing flavor of sweet and sour Lemongrass reminiscent of ripe Raspberries and Plums.
