This lot was named Firestone, inspired by the name of the place where the farm is located, which means “Flint.” After the coffee cherries are harvested, the pulp and mucilage are removed by washing and then dried on raised beds for about five days. It has a sweet aroma like Honeysuckle, acidity reminiscent of Mandarin Orange, and a long-lasting aftertaste like Milk Chocolate.
