Los Alpes farm is located at a high elevation and has a vast temperature difference. To protect coffee cherries from rapid temperature changes, they planted many shade trees. Coffee cherries were fermented for 48 hours and dried on patios and raised beds for 14 days. You can enjoy juicy acidity reminiscent of Blood Orange and a sweet texture like Milk Chocolate.

This lot was harvested at Amelia Farm and awarded in the BOP 2024 Washed category. Coffee cherries were depulped and then dried on raised beds for one month. Elegant floral aroma, bright clean acidity, sweetness reminiscent of Sakurambo, and a pleasant mouthfeel. This lot was harvested from the Buenos Aires plot, located in the legendary farm “Jaramillo,” which spread Geisha and represents ESMERALDA. Coffee cherries were anaerobically fermented for five days, then carefully dried on raised beds for 39 days. This cup has a gorgeous aroma and clean acidity reminiscent of Grapefruit, and a sweetness with a texture like Fig can be enjoyed.

2025/7/10 Information
Coffee cherries are dried on the raised beds for five days while piled up in a 15cm thick layer to aerobically ferment the outer layer and anaerobically ferment the inner layer. Then, they are dried in a temperature-controlled room. This lot is refined by two stages of fermentation and drying. Thus, these meticulous refining results in sweet acidity reminiscent of Plum.
