This lot was harvested at Amelia Farm and awarded in the BOP 2024 Washed category. Coffee cherries were depulped and then dried on raised beds for one month. Elegant floral aroma, bright clean acidity, sweetness reminiscent of Sakurambo, and a pleasant mouthfeel. This exceptional cup has gorgeous, clean characteristics that can be enjoyed at any temperature.

LOS CENIZOS has repeatedly won top prizes in the BOP. It studies not only their ripeness but also the time of day when the sugar content is at its highest, and this lot was harvested then. Coffee cherries were fermented for 72 hours in a cool environment. This exquisite cup has a fragrant aroma reminiscent of colorful flowers, and a balance of sweetness with acidity and texture, creating a flavor like various fruits that fills your mouth.

The “HARTMANN RESERVE” is a title given to outstanding lots selected by Mr. Ratibor Hartmann from that particular year.
