This lot was harvested from the Buenos Aires plot, located in the legendary farm “Jaramillo,” which spread Geisha and represents ESMERALDA. Coffee cherries were anaerobically fermented for five days, then carefully dried on raised beds for 39 days. This cup has a gorgeous aroma and clean acidity reminiscent of Grapefruit, and a sweetness with a texture like Fig can be enjoyed.
