This lot was refined using the same method as the AUROMAR’s award-winning lot from BOP 2023. The coffee cherries were depulped and fermented for 18 hours, then dried on raised beds for 18 days under the sun. The Traditional Washed process polishes the floral aroma of Geisha and brings out a refreshing aroma reminiscent of Juniper Berry and a sweet texture like Peach.
