Mr. Hunter fully utilizes his agricultural knowledge and thoroughly manages the habitat on the farm to produce high-quality coffee cherries. Coffee cherries were depulped and aerobically fermented for 18 hours then dried in a cool and dry room for 20 hours. This cup has a sweet and gorgeous aroma reminiscent of Honeysuckle, and Citrus-like bright acidity will spread in your mouth.

This lot was produced at “FINCA DEBORAH” by the farm’s owner, Mr. Jamison. Coffee cherries were anaerobically fermented for over 100 hours in a sealed tank with CO2 while temperature and PH were controlled, then dried for about 25 days. This cup has a wide variety of flavors, including an aroma reminiscent of liquor brought out by the refining and condensed various fruit flavors.
