The farm’s owner, Mr.Koyner, is passionate about researching varieties and refining. This lot is fermented with lactic acid bacteria for 120 hours in stainless steel tanks maintained at 16℃. The Unique complex flavor is brought out by this method. This cup has a fruity taste like Red Wine, sweetness and acidity reminiscent of Pomegranate.
