This lot is fermented in water for 30-40 hours after depulping the fully ripened coffee cherry, then washed to remove the mucilage. This cup has a floral aroma reminiscent of Jasmine, a syrupy soft mouthfeel with a long finish, and a balanced acidity and sweetness reminiscent of Meyer Lemon.
