This lot was harvested from a legendary plot, “Mario” in Jaramillo farm, that spreads Geisha and represents Esmeralda. After removing the pulp and mucilage with water, the coffee was anaerobically fermented for 72 hours in a sealed tank with yeast. Then, it was slowly dried for 24 days on raised beds. This cup has an elegant aroma reminiscent of Jasmine. Acidity like Amanatsu with sweetness and texture reminiscent of Apricot.
