This is a highly valuable lot from the private auction, and we were the successful bidders. The coffee cherries were refined by the Honey process after moderate fermentation. This meticulous refining brings out a complex aroma and sweet texture. The elegant floral aroma is reminiscent of Hyacinths, and the smooth and sweet texture, like an Apricot, can be enjoyed.
