■MI FINQUITA Natural

At MI FINQUITA, the coffee beans are produced by hard work with love and passion of the owner and workers. This lot is carefully dried on raised beds for 22 days. It has a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of Jasmine with a juicy sweetness and texture like Yellow Peach, followed by an aftertaste resembling Guava spreads in the mouth.

■JANSON Natural Los Alpes Lot364

At Los Alpes farm, many shade trees are planted to prevent damage to the coffee trees caused by direct sunlight, and the coffee cherries are carefully nurtured. Coffee cherries were fermented for 72 hours and then dried by patio and mechanical dryer for a total of 13 days. Sweet acidity and aroma reminiscent of red fruits and a texture like Chocolate can be enjoyed.

■LAMASTUS Washed Elida Mina

Elida Estate is owned by the Lamastus family. The temperature drops below 10℃, and the coffee cherries ripen slowly. Depulped coffee cherries are fermented in a cool environment and then dried for 2 to 3 weeks. The blessed terroir and careful refining stand out. The exquisite balance of juicy acidity with texture and sweetness results in various flavors to be recollected.
