  • Terroir

    A Geisha tree grows slowly due to the temperature difference created by the high average altitude of 2,000m. The sugar content of the fruit is condensed, and after further roasting, the unique taste of Geisha gets emphasized.

  • Process

    The fruits, which are slowly ripe due to the temperature difference produced by high altitude, are fermented by the black honey process or anaerobic process, then dried and give extended resting to give depth and complexity to the taste.

  • Taste

    The honey processed lot has the texture smooth like Honey. The carefully dried anaerobic processed lot has the aroma reminiscent of Sparkling Wine and Magnolia and long-lasting after taste. Please enjoy the different characteristics of each lot.
