LOS CENIZOS garnered worldwide attention, achieving top awards in all three categories in BOP2025. Received 2nd place in the Natural category with an astonishing score of 96.25. The plot “Las Calas,” meaning “white flowers,” has consistently produced numerous BOP-winning lots. Coffee cherries were aerobically fermented for 48 hours using only the farm’s spring water, then dried on raised beds in a greenhouse for 15 days.

ESMERALDA introduced Geisha to the world at BOP2004. The winning lot was sold for the highest price ever recorded at the time. At BOP2025, they won the triple crown for the first time ever, including the varietal category. They broke the highest score records in both the Washed and Natural categories and continue to rewrite the legend. This lot was carefully dried for one month in a cool environment with controlled temperature and humidity.

FINCA LERIDA regularly receives awards at the BOP and owns five farms in Boquete. This lot was harvested at Lerida Estate, and coffee cherries were depulped with mucilage left and then dried on raised beds for 45 days. It has a gorgeous, sweet aroma reminiscent of Plumeria, and a sweetness like Honey lingers through the aftertaste.

BAMBITO produces coffee in a distinctive terroir featuring a W-shaped terrain nestled within valleys surrounded by the Barú Volcano. Established in 1945, it is run by the 4th and 5th generations. This lot was refined by their original “Double Washed Process.” After the coffee cherries were depulped, the beans were fermented in water to remove the mucilage, then fermented once more in clean water to develop flavor and texture.
