ALTIERI names every plot across their two farms after grandchildren, nurturing the coffee like family. Exceptional processing techniques create a truly unique flavor. This lot was re-fined by a new method, the first attempt using RFF(River Flow Fermentation), in which coffee cherries in sealed bags are fermented by submerging in a cold river for three days. They are then carefully dried in a room that can control temperature and humidity.

Carmen is a well-established brand that consistently places high in BOP competitions. In the BOP2023, they took 1st place in the Washed category with 96.5, the highest score at the time. Farm manager Jean-Paul is known quality control expertise, with blessed exceptional terroir, Carmen consistently produces high-quality coffee. This lot was dried on raised beds for five days after being refined by the washed process.

The Lamastus family has the unique distinction of winning double crowns in the washed and natural categories at BOP for two consecutive years. The Elida Farm, with seven BOP 1st place, cultivates coffee cherries that mature slowly in an environment where nighttime temperatures drop below 10°C. Coffee cherries were depulped, fermented for 30 hours, then washed and dried on raised beds for approximately 18 days.

LOST ORIGIN selects and purchases coffee cherries from various exceptional farms across Panama and transports them to Panama City for processing. This new initiative is drawing global attention. This lot features cherries harvested from the Chombi plot at ALTIERI. Coffee cherries were fermented in custom-made stainless-steel tanks for 21 hours and meticulously dried in a room with temperature and humidity controlled for 54 days.

ESMERALDA introduced Geisha to the world at BOP2004, and the winning lot was sold for the highest price ever recorded. At BOP2025, they won the triple crown for the first time. They rewrote the legend and broke the highest score records in the Washed and Natural categories. Coffee cherries were harvested from the new legendary plot, Nido, depulped and fermented for 72 hours in a cool environment, then dried on raised beds for 11 days.
