ESMERALDA introduced Geisha to the world at BOP2004. The winning lot was sold for the highest price ever recorded at the time. At BOP2025, they won the triple crown for the first time ever, including the Varietal category. They broke the highest score records in both the Washed and Natural categories and continue to rewrite the legend. The coffee cherries were anaerobically fermented for 120 hours, then dried on raised beds for 20 days.

JANSON is loved by coffee professionals worldwide. Extensive research into processing methods tailored to the soil characteristics and the cherries conditions, and under the rigorous quality control maintained by farm managers Michael and Jannette, they are a regular award-winner at the BOP. This lot was refined by a semi-anaerobic fermentation for 48 hours, during which the tank lids are periodically opened, then dried on raised beds for 6 days.
