JANSON is a brand beloved by coffee professionals worldwide. The Los Alpes Farm is situated on the slopes of two volcanoes, where the vast temperature difference between day and night nurtures high-quality coffee cherries. Furthermore, the farm’s managers, Michael and Jannette, maintain rigorous quality control, making it a regular winner at the BOP. This lot was depulped and dried on raised beds for 9 days.

Tierra Blanca is a new brand established in 2017. It owns six farms in Panama, including the Cordillera Farm, where this lot was harvested, which achieved a top ranking in its first BOP participation. This lot was refined using the same method as the award-winning lot in BOP2024. Coffee cherries were moderately fermented in a cool environment by leaving them at high altitude for 24 hours, then dried on raised beds for 26 days.

ALTIERI names every plot across their two farms after grandchildren, nurturing the coffee like family. This lot was harvested in the Tom plot and refined by their signature method, the DF (Dry Fermentation) process, in which coffee cherries are dried on raised beds until reaching the target moisture level, then fermented in bags for 48 hours. They are carefully dried on raised beds inside a greenhouse for 30 days.
