Traditional Honey process brings out the sweetness itself. This cup has an elegant aroma reminiscent of Jasmine, sweetness with a smooth texture like Honey, and acidity like Meyer Lemon.

Because the ripe cherry has a shiny ruby color, Malawi Geisha is also called “Ruby Geisha” in this farm. This lot was dried on the patio in a Greenhouse for six days, then in the machine for 72 hours. In the result, it helps to concentrate the fruit flavors in this variety. This cup has a Bergamot-like aroma and a good balance of sweetness and acidity reminiscent of Blood Orange.
