Cañas Verdes has a microclimate and nutrient-rich volcanic soil between two oceans on the slopes of the Baru Volcano. This lot was slow-dried for 34 days on raised beds to bring out the coffee’s natural fruitiness and sweetness. As a result, it has an elegant taste like Wasambon and a fruity acidity reminiscent of Peach and Orange.

This lot is fermented anaerobically for 96 hours, which gives alcohol like rich flavor, and slowly dried for 15 days on the patio to maximize the potential of coffee cherries. As a result, it has a mellow taste reminiscent of White Rum and a good balance of sweetness and acidity like Plum.
