The coffee cherries were depulped and fermented for 18 hours, then dried on raised beds for 18 days under the sun. The Traditional Washed process polishes the floral aroma of Geisha and brings out a refreshing aroma reminiscent of Juniper Berry and a sweet texture like Peach.

Then, it was rested for 60 days in a humidity-controlled room to bring out the aromas and flavors. The floral aroma spreads instantly on the first sip, the juicy taste reminiscent of Fuji Apples, and the pleasant sweetness like Wasambon in lingering aftertaste.
