    Their blessed terroir produces high-quality Geisha with excellent volcanic soils and microclimates.

  • Process

    Refined by Natural Processing, in which the harvested coffee cherries are dried on raised beds. Disciplined to the basic processing method allows the unique flavor of the terroir to stand out.

  • Taste

    At first, the gently sweet aroma reminiscent of Peony is attacked, then a brightly clean citric acidity with a sweetness and a smooth texture like Nectarine is spread in your mouth.
