Los Cenizos is located in the highland and produces the highly condensed and highest quality coffee cherries by the terroir benefits from a microclimate and volcanic soil.
They only use ideal coffee cherries at the maximum ripeness standardized by the owner. After fermentation with controlling temperatures, coffee cherries are washed with spring water from the farm and dried on raised beds for two weeks.
This cup has a flavor reminiscent of Jasmine and Bergamot with sweetness and acidity like Red Apple by careful processing.
