Los Cenizos is located in the highland and produces the highly condensed and highest quality coffee cherries by the terroir benefits from a microclimate and volcanic soil.
This lot uses only the ripe coffee cherries selected by expert pickers. It was dried on the raised beds for 21 days, then dried for 10 days, controlling temperature and humidity to finish.
As a result, the coffee has a luscious aroma reminiscent of Fragrant Olive and a refreshing aroma like Neroli. High-quality acidity and a sweet texture like Tropical fruits are well balanced.
