In 2017, Owner Sebastián Gómez first planted Geisha in Finca La Divisa which has the terroir with volcanic soils.
He cherishes coffee trees, manually operates carefully harvesting and sorting with strict ripeness standards.

Anaerobically fermented with CO2 for 42 hours and careful drying makes it a unique coffee.
The combination of flavors reminiscent of Liquors and Fruits, brought out by the processing method and careful drying, makes it a unique taste.
