FINCA LERIDA owns many production areas; plot 10 produced the winning lot in the 2021 BOP Washed Geisha category, producing a coffee with high acidity and a distinctive Citrus and Floral flavor among their areas.
Finca Lerida made its first export of coffee in 1929, only five years after they established the farm.
By monitoring soil and plant conditions, they cherish harmony with nature to achieve two goals: environment conservation and quality improvement.

They harvest and sort with strict ripeness standards and carefully process to maximize the bean’s potential.
Only the ripe coffee cherries are selected and refined carefully to maximize flavor. This coffee has a concentrated sweetness reminiscent of Grape and a refreshing spiciness like Cardamom.

Coffee cherries were stored in tanks for 12 hours to concentrate the sweetness then, outer skin and pulp were removed with mucilage intact. They were then dried on raised beds for 10 days.
