They are a hidden treasure of Panama coffee, who uses natural farming that utilizes astronomical actions while aiming for coexistence with nature.

Coffee cherries are refined by “Light process” with 24 hours of fermentation using natural coffee cherries’ yeast. Then, it is dried by their unique processing methods, checking moisture levels in stages.
Each lot has a characteristic flavor like a refreshingly floral aroma and sweet aroma reminiscent of Rose. You can enjoy various flavors in each lot, like acidity and sweetness reminiscent of Red Fruits and bright acidity like Citrus.
