Optimum riped cherries are carefully handpicked and slowly dried in the sun on raised beds to stabilize the flavor.
The taste, which is slowly sundried after the natural process, has a sweetness of Berry fruits signature to Ethiopian coffee and has an accent reminiscent of Herbs.
