Coffee cherries were harvested at Finca Dr. Arango and then refined by Carmen ESTATE, which has been awarded at BOP numerous times. Ripen cherries were fermented for 24 hours, then moved to a cooler environment at 20℃ and additionally fermented. This cup has a floral aroma reminiscent of Jasmine the character of Geisha, and a sweet acidity like Meyer Lemon.

This lot, “Firestone,” was named after the name of the farm location, which means “Flint.” Coffee cherries were fermented for 18 hours after removing the pulp. Then mucilage was washed off and dried for 20 days.
