This lot was harvested from Reina plot in Jaramillo. It was washed after 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation. Then, it dried for 29 days on raised bed and 10 hours in a dryer. The harmony of the distinctive terroir and this process creates a variety of flavors. This cup has an elegant aroma reminiscent of Jasmine and a fruity sweetness and acidity.
