This lot has come from the newest farm called “El Velo,” which has volcanic soil and abundant rainfall. ESMERALDA’s pride in highly precise sorting skills brings a clean taste and distinct Geisha character. ■ESMERALDA Washed Fundador San José PA

At the ESMERALDA’s private auction, there are only 20 gems selected. This is one of the prestigious lots. After anaerobic fermentation for 68 hours, the pulp and mucilage are removed and then dried for 15 days. This cup has ESMERALDA’s signature clean taste and sweet acidity, like Mandarin Orange. The sweetness is also spread in the mouth.

■Carmen Natural BOP-GN10

Carmen won four prized lots in the BOP Geisha categories in 2023. This lot, awarded 10th place in the Natural category, is refined by traditional Natural process.
