This lot was harvested from a legendary plot in Jaramillo that helped popularize Geisha. It was extensively slow dried on raised beds for 76 days to maximize cleanliness. As a result, this pleasant cup has a smooth texture like Yellow Peach and a refreshing acidity reminiscent of Lemonade.

BAMBITO has won top prizes at BOP many times. After the pulp is removed by washing, it is fermented for seven days with yeast which is also used for wine, followed by drying on raised beds for 15 days. This cup has an elegant aroma like Jasmine and a refreshing acidity reminiscent of Grapefruit.
