■ESMERALDA Washed Cabaña Arriba 5ASM

Cañas Verdes has a nutrient-rich volcanic soil and microclimate between two oceans on the slopes of the Baru Volcano. After removing the pulp, this lot is fermented anaerobically for 48 hours with the mosto juice, which comes from coffee cherries. This cup has an elegant aroma like Jasmine, clean sweetness reminiscent of White Peach, and fresh acidity like Grapefruit.

■ESMERALDA Natural Caballeriza 2ASN

This lot was harvested from a legendary plot in Jaramillo that helped popularize Geisha. After 120 hours of anaerobic fermentation in the tank, this coffee is dried slowly on the raised beds for 25 days. This unique cup has a sweetness and acidity like Pomegranate and Cassis, with a rich aroma and alcohol-like taste reminiscent of Brandy.

■LONGBOARD Special Windy Ridge Light Process

Justin grows coffee by natural farming and continuously pursues ways to bring out the characteristics of Geisha. This lot is refined by “Light process” with 24 hours of fermentation using natural coffee cherries’ yeast. Then, it is dried in four steps to reach 10% humidity. It is a supreme cup with a sweet aroma reminiscent of Rose and a luxurious fruity sweetness and acidity like Strawberry and Rosé Wine.

■ELIDA Natural ASD T6D

This lot is grown in fertile volcanic soil and surrounded by cloudy rainforests. The coffee cherries were anaerobically fermented for six days, then dried on raised beds for over 30 days. This unique cup has a rich aroma reminiscent of Rosé Wine, a spicy flavor with a hint of sweetness like Nutmeg, and a concentrated sweetness and acidity similar to Raisin.

■ESMERALDA Washed Plano 52AS

Plano is located on the legendary farm, “Jaramillo” which spreads Geisha and represents Esmeralda. It was anaerobically fermented for 36 hours in the sealed tank with yeast after the washed process removed the pulp. Afterward, the coffee was slowly dried on raised beds for 16 days. This cup has an elegant aroma like Jasmine, and also it has an acidity reminiscent of Citrus.
