This lot is fermented anaerobically for 72 hours with yeast and slowly dried for 30 days, then machine-dried for eight hours. TAKARA plot is located on a mountain ridge with a gentle slope that serves as a winding path. Unique terroir, inhabiting ancient plants, nurtures coffee cherries full of fruits. Traditional Honey process brings out the sweetness itself. This cup has an elegant aroma reminiscent of Jasmine, sweetness with a smooth texture like Honey, and acidity like Meyer Lemon.

Because the ripe cherry has a shiny ruby color, Malawi Geisha is also called “Ruby Geisha” in this farm. This lot was dried on the patio in a Greenhouse for six days, then in the machine for 72 hours. In the result, it helps to concentrate the fruit flavors in this variety. This cup has a Bergamot-like aroma and a good balance of sweetness and acidity reminiscent of Blood Orange.
